Strengthening International Cooperation: A Delegation Visit from Beijing Immigration and Exit-Entry Association

In August 2025, we had the great honor of welcoming a high-level delegation from the Beijing Immigration and Exit-Entry Association (北京市移民及出入境协会) to Istanbul.

This prestigious organization, headquartered in Beijing, plays a key role in the regulation, coordination, and advancement of immigration and exit-entry services in China. It acts as a vital link between immigration service providers, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies, facilitating Turkey–China cooperation in immigration and investment migration and promoting international legal exchange.

The delegation was led by Chairman Qi, who brought together a group of experts, scholars, and industry professionals as part of a strategic visit to evaluate potential collaboration opportunities between Turkey and China in the field of immigration law, investment migration, and international residency programs.
During their visit, we had the opportunity to present the legal framework of the Turkish citizenship-by-investment program, as well as to demonstrate how our firm, IGA Law Firm, has successfully assisted over 600 Chinese families in obtaining Turkish citizenship through real estate investment and other eligible routes.
The delegation expressed great interest in the transparency, legal structure, and stability of the Turkish program, especially in comparison to other global options. We also exchanged ideas on compliance, client protection, due diligence, and the importance of professional legal representation in cross-border transactions.

Their visit reflects the growing importance of building legal bridges between Turkey and China, and we look forward to future cooperation with Beijing Immigration and Exit-Entry Association and other like-minded institutions.
At IGA Law Firm, we remain committed to fostering mutual understanding, legal trust, and excellence in client service for international investors.
